My father was covid+ve.. He was diabatic, age -60 His treatment was going well but i just checked his sugar level, it was 504mg/dl after 40mins of dinner, Spo2- 95 Temperature 98f just want to know is it normal? He has taken his daily medication for diabaties- symtor forte and diapride m2 forte.. His medication list was attached. He was on anticoagulant enoxaparin, given at 8.00pm... Was this sugar level 504mg/dl normal... I tried to consult his covid doctor, but she was unreachable.. Please help!

Hi, I tested my sugar level at home using accu check and got the readings as 173(before breakfast) and 256 (2 hours after meal). I've not tested my sugar level before as i had no symptoms. How can i lower my sugar level naturally at normla level? Please guide. Recently 2 3 months back i was under stress and consumed alcohol as well. I don't smoke. Hello doc, I recently diagnosed with diabetes my hba1c is 6.9 and fbs and ppbs are in prediabetic range. I always feel dizziness and fatigue. And am not using any medication but physical activity. Sugar level is telling 14 from 3 days. While sweet was also fed & Dextose gulucose was fed at 10%. But there is no use.The pateint takes it unconsciously & there is a slight vibration in the right hand that arises on its own.
