Kindly suggest diet and ways to reduce this level. Never been on any insulin or medicine. This is for the first time I'm seeing this kind of report pls help

My Dad has weakness and had sugar level of 238 and tested covid 19  positive. Using metfaormin 500mg half tablet only in the morning before breakfast for sugar but he has weakness and unable to sleep properly. Plz guide the better medicine for diabetes and to recover from weakness.

My husband is 38 year old recovering from covid and he is diabetic, blood report shows billubrin as 0.5, sgpt is 104, sgot is 49. Sugar fasting is 214

My husband is diabetic and he had constipation since 3 days. So he had O2 3 days back. Yesterday he had fever 102"C, we gave him paracetamol. His fever has not normalised yet, today he had taken Azithromycin in the morning with doctor advise and he had a bad bowel in the afternoon. He also has tonsil. He is diabetic with fasting sugar of 292. Today we went to doctor, doctor has referred for COVID test and advised to have Rebidox LB, Yumcivit CZ, Telekast L and Ivernew. He also asked to stop taking Azithromycin or O2. This was a different doctor than before. Please advise whether the second doctor medicine were correct or not.

Hello Doctors, I just done my blood testing for Diabetes , reports are: Fasting : 2.620 ng/mL Pp : 8.14 ng/mL Also I have done my vitamin D test which is comes under 13ng/mL. My question to experts ,vwhat should I will follow or do to control my Diabetes and improve my Vitamin D deficiency.

Had a monkey bite on elbow & 8 stitches dated 27th March'21. Since then sugar readings are high- fasting140 & after 2hrs of lunch 250-300. Prior to this episode sugar was under control. Hello, I got my reports today as I was feeling tightness under my chest. So I jve done full body test, ECG and chest XRAY. Both ECG and XRAY were normal but TSH level got high and T3 and T4 is normal but hdl level is low. Can anyone help me out with this??? Any medicine for tightness under chest...please help me
