I have copper-T IUD...Usually before my periods start, I would have leg and stomach cramping, until now I don't have any symptoms.. How can I get back my periods... Is it also related to menopause as I am 45...

I have pcod since 15 years and I am 28 years old. I've constantly been on Metformin since I was 13 years old. I want to know if taking Metformin for life is the right way to address my pcod? I'm pre diabetic going by what my endocrinologist says. But I want to address this more naturally with less side effects.

Blood test report of 8 april: 25-OH VitaminD - 17.3ng/ml Serum Calcium - 10.3 mg/dl It is usually told that vitamin d deficiency causes calcium deficiency, but calcium is almost high here. Can there be any other problem? Recently I had passed kidney stone. Is it related? Is having sun bath every morning for 15 minutes enough for VitaminD?
