Symptoms for insulin imbalance

I'm seeing some symptoms for insulin imbalance. I feel hungry and thirsty even after heavy meal. I urinate frequently sometimes just urge. I've gained weight and not able to loose it properly. Importantly I've sweet cravings pretty often. Please consult.

Check ur sugar when u feel very hungry, if low check c peptide levels
