I have PCOD since a very long time.I had been taking pills for a year in 2017 -2018 and then stopped taking medications and started doing workouts.In the middle everything was ok until the corona came in 2020 when I again started with the pill and stopped it in 2021 january.Now I just go for cycling and after that to the gym.This month I asked my gynaecologist that for a long time I was having hairfall issue,she asked me to do haemoglobin,prolactin,thyroid and testosterone test and take the reports to an endocrinologist.All of the test are normal except prolactin which is 60.I also take thyroid pills (power 62.5mg).Can that be high because I do immense workout now?

Please respond asap whether my mother can take covishield vaccination tomorrow?? She takes glimisave M1 tablets and BP tablet so please tell how and when she should take vaccination?? Is it safe for her?

I previously used to take thyroxine 100 on 17.2.2021 when I tested the value of TSH came 0.06 my doctor then instructed to take thyroxine 25. After taking throxine 25 I tested again on 11.4.2021 the value of TSH came 191 which is Very high I am much tensed. Kindly suggest me a possible remedy.

Hi doctor, My mother is an diabetic and  60 years old, since two days she has severe pain from knee to foot. In foot small finger is swollen she consulted doctor and advised to take tablets after a day small finger turned in to black color. Please advise wt to do now.
