Diagonesed covid + on 12 april,started Azithral 500mg for 5 days thereafter stopped it and then started doxy 100mg twice and dexona 0.25mg twice etc.after these medicines fasting sugar was 55 and after meal was 80 then we started giving direct sugar and then stopped dexona and started Wysolone 10mg twice a day and sugar after meal is 112 and fasting is 93. Patient is a diabetic since 5 years and is taking tablet debi z twice a day and after this sugar fluctuation sugar medicines are stopped and sugar is regualted through meals. Presently we need a advice that at what level sugar is to be maintained at fasting and at after meal and when to start the medicines again for sugar and what medicines should be given now for sugar management and is there any medicine responsible for sugar irregular.

Face looks abnormal dark like dull , sick n abnormal darkness....i 'm feeling helpless & totally Low as just before my marriage I m seeing drastic change in complexion due to diabetes insipidus, dehydration or new hormonal medicine desmopresin. I'm just taking one medicine desmopresin and it's progressive abnormal darkening. Initially, after taking desmopresin my face was red for 15 20 days then started to turn in dark form... Also got pigmentation marks on fingers n stomach ACTH is 13 Cortisol 18 Vitamin B12 350 Vitamin D 16 HB 11.4 Trasferrin bit low 184 One problem which I always notice White blood cells are always on high side Sometimes 11000, 12000 0r 10500 Medical history Severe allergic reactions In 2019, I face major allergic reaction which is treated with high steroids Asthma allergic reaction too Now, don't know about skin part :(

Iam tested random blood sugar at evening 7 PM The value is 101.is it normal or not? What's the normal blood sugar range. Pls suggest. Regards.

Dr. I have taken an  sugar test two months back and the report was fasting : 135 and pp it's 209  ( I have not taken any medicine just done some walking and exercise. After two months very recently  I have taken the test again it's shows Fasting 116 and PP it's 303. I am much worried on this. Kindly suggest me what to do. I really don't want to take medicine. Can wait for an another 1 month and I do walking and exercise and reduce the intake of carbs and sugar and  take test again and consult Dr. Or I have to meet diabetic Dr now itself Kindly suggest me . My period is delayed by 2 weeks in december, post that for 3 months it is regular in Jan, feb and March In April, it is again delayed by more than 2 weeks. Please suggest if it is sign of PCOS
