My brother was diagnosed with pernicious anaemia after the consultation with a doctor .the doctor had prescribed 2ml victofol injection in intervals of a month but due to course of corona pandemic and the lockdown he was unable to take injections at time after which he had his injection in october after that he had not taken care of it and had not taken injection from then now according to reports he has normal vit . B12 content(467pg/ml) in blood but has been diagnosed with abnormal TSH levels

I did my thyroid profile in Oct last yr , tsh was 10 after that I again did it on December..it was 4 ..in between I didn't took any medicines.. I want to know now whether I should take any medicines or not ..meanwhile I did usg It was suggestive of polycystic ovary( follicles less than 10) I have acne problems & my menstural history is normal. I consulted gynaecologist, she told me to take normoz tab twice a day.. What should I do?
