Weight loss as well as sugar readings are concerning for diabetes.
The recommended test to confirm diabetes is Hba1c which shows 3 month average sugars. Weight loss can also be related to thyroid imbalance.
Next Steps
Please consult online with reports of Hba1c , fasting and pp sugar checked in lab and Thyroid tests, to determine need for medicine as well as diet / exercise if you test positive for diabetes
