Semaglutide|Metformin usage weight loss
Hello, I'm Vijay from Mumbai, I'm looking to loose weight for quite some time but fail to do so. I manage to loose 10kg over the course of 2,3 months but fail to continue with the process once I reach plateau. Recently I came to know about few supplements which can aid with weight loss. Semaglutide (Rybelsus 14mg 10 tablets) Metformin (Amaryln-M 1mg 20 tablets) I am 29 years old male with weight of 96 kg and height of 5'7" having a BMI of around 33.5 I was wondering whether taking semaglutide once a week and Metformin daily with healthy calorie deficit diet and regular exercise may help achieve weight loss. I have the below questions 1. Can this really help achieve weight loss 2. How much weight loss can one expect in a month 3. What are prominent side effects 4. Is the dosage mentioned above ideal for an individual 5. Any specific brand which should be considered

These medicine reduce appetite and give a feeling of satiety. So better is for you to do exercise and avoid high carb and fat diet . Do calorie restriction and burn calories. You have enough time to loose. Also keep target of 3 -4 kg per month loss not more than that
