Fever since 4 days
She has taken covishied vaccine one week back. Since Sunday she has developed mild fever ranging between 99 and 100. Initially there was body ache and weakness but now it's just weakness and fever as on 4th day. There are no other symptoms - cough, loss of smell etc. Can you help me with what could be a possible reason?

Lethargic feeling
I feel dull and lethargic for the past 7 days. I went for a blood test. Sugar levels are 101 fasting and 80 post meals. Thyroid is high at 7.56. Cholesterol 201.
All others are ok. Please advise. The whole day I feel sleepy and this is happening only since a week. Thanks
