Increased sugar level
Hello,
My father has diabetes from past 1 year and medication is continued since year which is obimet sr 500 mg. Yesterday his sugar level wad tested and the reports are shown in attached file. The means sugar level of 3 months is 191 and HbA1C is 8.3.
Please suggest us what to do in this case, shall we continue this medicine or need to change it and suggest some diet plan as well.

Some tests are to be done and compliance of medicines is to be checked!!creatinine,Fasting blood glucose
And after that medicines are to be added after taking detailed history!!
