Can Glimepiride Tablets IP 1mg be replaced with Glipizide Tablets IP 5mg for diabetic person? (2 Tablets per day)

I recently got tested and found that I have thyroid. Iam underweight from a very long time and unable to gain weight even if I eat a lot of food. Now, I know this thyroid can be one of my problems of not be able to gain weight. Though I think I have Hyperthyroidism because I don't gain weight and want a clear picture of what is the type of thyroid. So I would really appreciate if someone would help me with this confusion of what kind of medications should I consume and a proper diet and what kind of exercises can I do so that I can gain weight. My Mother age is 70.She is having Fever.Now It is coming 99.5-99.6 on coughing.There is khansi at sometime and Weakness.She has Diabetes and Hypertension.Dr. suggested some tests.Covid Report is negative. In liver Function Test,SGOT is 130 and SGPT is 104. In Differential Leucocyte Count,Absolute Monocyte Count is 0.58. ESR is 30. In Renal Function Test, CRP Quantitative is 25.34. What Reports Indicate?

Hi Doctor, My father is 55years old and is diabetic from past 10 years.He uses medimet G1 tablet daily.Is there a compulsory need to use multivitamin tablet along with diabetic tablet ? IF Yes can you pls suggest multivitamin tab for my father.

MY FATHER RECENTLY TESTED NEGATIVE FOR COVID 19. HIS BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL (Hexokinase) IS 343(RANDOM). We also got him tested for CRP Which is 0.40. are these reports showing normal.

Hi, Patient is on Rivaroxaban twice daily 15 mg since 2nd of May. He was diagnosed for covid on 20 April. His SPO 2 has become stable now at 94 - 96. He is complaining of abdominal pain, tarry stool and lower spine pain since two days. Could it be due to Rivaroxaban and if yes, what can be done. Does he stop taking it and if yes, what is the risk of pulmonary embolism?

On practo doctor adviced me medication: Cyblex M60,  Zomelis50 and Daplo10.  But currently daplo 10 and its alternative is not available in my town. My sugar is very uncontrolled can I take other two medicine for 2 days. Please help me... anyone
