Hello, My father has diabetes from past 1 year and medication is continued since year which is obimet sr 500 mg. Yesterday his sugar level wad tested and the reports are shown in attached file. The means sugar level of 3 months is 191 and HbA1C is 8.3. Please suggest us what to do in this case, shall we continue this medicine or need to change it and suggest some diet plan as well.

Exactly 13 days back my father went under go sugar test ,reports are attached. And he has used medicine for 10days. Again tested now the reports r normal. Now he is not using any medicine. But he s not  feeling active. He s not having sweets ,sugar and skipping rice night time. Plzz suggest wheather he has to Use medicine r not.
