Want to know my diabetic status
Hello, I am a software engineer who is working from home since the Lockdown,that is March 2020. Recently on April 15 i have took a full body checkup and in that shockingly i have got 263 diabetic score before break fast. I have thought it was wrong and left it like that. Yesterday i have tested again in my homw through the test kit available in home for my father and got 218 before breakfast and 366 after breakfast. I dont have any symptoms of an diabetic like the leg pains,dizziness,weightloss,etc., I am not sure whether this is diabetes or pre diabetes. I dont want to take any tablets but i want to change my diabetic situation by being active,taking good food and exercising regularly. Please adiveon this. Also in the fully body checkup that i have taken i am slight low on hemoglobin and iron level also my vitamin d is just 11.77 Please kindly adive on this query .
