I am obese(114kg)..Recently my skin gets tanning.. skin dr says it s due to hormone problem.. She says consult endocrinologist so that they can suggest u weight reduction nd skin tanning solution... pls need proper guidance 🙏

Hello, I need to know from where can i get the black fungus testing done for my MIL. She had her cataract+retina detachment surgery last year in November and since then she is feeling little pain in her eyes and cheeks. Her eyesight is better but still has haedache and cheeckache. She has few symptoms of black fungus like headache, cheek swelling , toothache but no fever, bleeding or any blackened on nose.

My mother is covid patient, due to steroid her sugar level become 323(fasting) she is feeling dizziness Please suggest any medicine for control of sugar level. (She is not diebetic patient)

I was diagnosed with PCOS IN january(5 months back) later on lab tests it was found that prolactin levels was 180.. For which CONTRAST BRAIN MRI was done.it was found that it was pituitary micro adenoma of 8*7*7 mm in size .. I am on CABERGOLINE 0.5mg since then. Now 15 days back when I got my prolactin level checked again it is 13 now. I even consulted an opthalmologist after that, there has been no problem with the vision . Since the prolactin levels have reduced (come to normal) I want to know if i have to reduce the dose of CABERGOLINE now Continue the same dose until the microadenoma resolves...?

Respected sir/madam, Due to covid pneumonia, from 18th of April I was on steroid medication(Dexamethasone Injection for 5 days..then dexamethasone 4mg tab twice a day for next 5 days and same tab once a day for last 5 days) till 2nd of May and today when i checked fasting blood glucose level it was 111 mg/dl Usually the hyperglycemic effect of steroids diminishes after two weeks right? Now its been 15 days since the steroid has been stopped I have no medical history except allergy ( IgE immunoglobulin is 1300 which is supposed to be less than 190) And one more doubt is how long does the immunosuppression action of steroid be in me?

It's been 3 days since I stopped taking steroids and my sugar level is also maintained as I regularly check on machine . But I have thatobserved there are ants in my bathroom every time I go to pee. I don't understand when my sugar level is normal and I am not taking much carbohydrates then why there are ants in my bathroom  . Does is indicate something serious
