If sugar level is 121 before meal at night, then will the dose of Voglibose 0.2 mg lower the sugar too much. Please answer my query.

My mother's tsh level is 44 and having cough is it something dangerous .is it something more complicated then normal thyroid

My mother has urea 52mg/dl and creatinin 1.22mg/dl and plasma glucose fasting 388 and HbA1c 13.3%. Does that mean she has kidney problem?

My mother's tsh level is 44 . Will it affect her health seriously or taking thyroid supplements can cure it ..

I have measured couple of time, my fasting sugar comes around 122-130 and PP is in between 102-110. Two years before during annual check up first time I found my PP was 180 and fasting 146. I reduced my weight from 83 to 71 and have completely stopped direct sugar intake, I moved from rice to Millet, taking more vegitables and Dal in my diet to control sugar level. My recent HBA1C reported is 5.9. In last two years my HBA1C was always below 6.3. I am little concerned, why my PP is lower than fasting. Do I need to be on medication? I walk 4 km 5 days in a week. I am not taking any medicine. Pl suggest.

My TSH ultrasentive is 10.840 which is very high and my weight is going down and weakness is very high.

I have reinfected with covid this year with mild symptoms, gone through the treatment with Doxy, Ivermectin, Zincovit, Montair LC, Limcee. And negative now.
