Hi, Can you advise how to take these medicene: Amaryl m2 forte Januvia 100mg Glucobay 50mg Pioz 30mg Prescription attached Fasting- 150 After- 293 After taking medicine in the morning.

My HPLC level is 5.5% which is well with range but also somewhat borderline. I am 37, 47-48 kg, 5 feet. Due to the corona virus situation I haven't been going to the gym anymore since last 1 year. I do 8k-10k steps per day 4-5 times a week. Should I be worried and control my sugar intake? Attached report. Also attached my cholesterol report. Should I take omega 3 to reduce triglycerides? My TSH is 7.99

I am facing lower sole part of foot pain and pin pinching pain or numbness sometimes.When I am walking I am feeling good ..but.pain is more at night times/relax mode ....With a doubt I went for diabetic test HbA1c test result of 5.1% and FBS 110 and Post meal-140.....TSH LEVEL-2.6..CBP and CUE reports are normal...and  B12- 142.. So Doctor told b12 deficiency also reasons for foot pain....doctor adviced  one Me12 injection and Me12 tablets daily one tablet... I have taken injection and taking tablets from 20 days...but from last 3 days ..I feeling same pain again... I want to know the any other reasons are there or which doctor to consult...?

In the attached prescription medicine daplo 10 is currently unavailable in my town .So can I take reamaing other. Please help me..

Can a diabetic uncle of mine take COVID vaccine? He takes insulin shots twice a day for years. Are there any contraindications?

Even after testing negative for covid-19, my father is experiencing high blood sugar level daily. He never had diabetes, it only started when got infected with corona virus. Right Now, he takes one tablet in the morning for keeping the sugar level under control. The tablet was prescribed by the doctor. Even after taking the medicine his blood sugar level increases at evening or remains the same. Please suggest to what should I do for his High blood sugar level.

Diebetes for last 10 years. Now taking reclimet 1000 morning and night before meal and istamet 1000 after lunch. Sugar remains high between 200 to 300. Fasting around 200 and hba1c was 8.5 few months back. Have corona attack sugar and bp jumped to 350 and 150/120. Severe headache. On 26th showed to physician prescribed insulin 10point lentus but fasting sugar remains around 200. On increasing 20 point it goes to 165 in morning. I have BP ALSO. Usually bp is under control with Amlopress AT. I need consultation for change in medicine or insulin vaccine. Further i will like to mention i was not taking insulin before covid but sugar was not under control.

I have TSH 9.79. Should I have to start medicine for that. My doctor told me that unless it is above 10 we don't recommend medicine. She told me to change my diet and again be tested after one month. Should I follow what he is saying or change doctor? As far as I know 9.79 is very much high TSH.
