My tsh5.9 I have tight poop sometimes bleed it's due to mild thyroid cause fissures ?? Doctor checked and told fissure ?? Doctor didn't prescribe any tablets for mild thyroid ??

U are having subclinical hypothyroidism. Treatment will not be prescribed for this in males. To decrease the constipation  -  diet modification required. Increase intake of fibre rich foods. Increase quantity of veggies and salad in meals along with increased fruits intake.
Next Steps
Repeat thyroid function tests after 3 months.
