Back pain and muscles building
After joining the gym my love handles and thighs fat don't go away. I have a chronic back pain. And I can't build muscles. When ever I do  exercise related back I have a back pain, Is it sign of osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis is not common in this age. There are several reasons of backache. Need examination. Can be related to spine,disc,muscle spasm.
