My diabetes is consistently low,ranging from 70-90 after meal. What should I do ? Should I stop taking medicine?

Hi, My father in law tested covid positive and recovered recently. He is diabetic patient. During covid phase he used more doses(3times a day) than he usually takes. Now his sugar level came down to 130. Is it normal the sugar level comes down?

I am 29 years old male having TSH level 6.8 which is high T3 and T4 are normal. My height is 6 feet 2 inch and weight 100 kg. Should I need to start medication or weight management will help?

My mother is having diabetes and thyriod as well. she has been doing well in the treatment , but from last 4 days the blodd sugar level is consistently showing lower level after meal. 15th may -97 (randomly done test in evening )                         (hence given 2 sweets to eat) 16th may - 100 ( done test in eveningsame time)                            (given 1sweet to eat) 17th may- 83 (As she was feeling exhausted and anxiety, gain perform the test hence found the respective value) now, perfomed a proper pre food and 2hrs after meal test on,18may the results were:- pre meal- 106 after meal- 88 Today on 19th may , she was feeling again the same as day of 17th may , also did vomit the whole food she had for lunch. Therefore again performed the test and found the result as :- 76 ( hence given 200ml ors and 100ml sugar mixed water) please give me proper guidance as soon as possible,as we live in a rural area no endocrinologists or diabetologists are available here.

My Anti thyroglobin is 5.8 n TPO is 705iu/ml and tsh levels are normal . Can I know is it is hypo tyroid

One of my relative is having gastric problem since last week. He has diabetes and hypertension since last 10 years...After consultation with local doctor we have done CT scan, Blood test, Kidney function test. CT score is 2/25 which suggest mild covid19 infection, sugar level is also fluctuating and sometimes it went upto 450 except all other reports are normal. He is taking medicines since one week but there is no recovery and not able to eat anything due to gastric issues...from today morning we saw swelling on his left leg... We don't know what we should do in this situation and patient condition is getting critical.. Can anyone please suggest and advise what we should do in this situation?

I am taking Glycomet SR 500 twice a day after breakfast and dinner and my FBS is between 108 - 115, pre lunch and pre dinner also tend to be below 120. However, post lunch and post dinner it spikes when taken after 2 hours. I have had reaadings of 228 and 212 for my last dinner and lunch.

How much dosage should I take if my TSH is 5.49. And T3, T4 are in normal range. I took 25mcg for one month then tested ,and got these results.
