Asked for Male, 40 Years

Hi, I am writing this for my wife. She is having TSH and is taking thyronorm 50 for last few years. Can it comes as endocrine disorder? If yes, she can get priority for the Vaccination in Kerala. I'm attaching the Comorbid list specified by government. Can I know for the current situation any doctor willing to give certificate online. I can share the report of her recent test on TSH.she can get priority for the Vaccination if she produce the certificate. Appreciate any response on this. Thanks, John
