Post covid diabetes control
My patient is has fought covid and recovering from post covid problems. His sugar level is high most of the time about 350 - 400. What should I do to keep low sugar level and how much of insulin should be given.

If on Insulin adjust dose
Start Insulin with 0.2 units / Kg wt of Basal Insulin and additional Regular insulin depending on blood glucose
