Hi doctors, my sugar level is 245/160.
Is it okay to eat raw jackfruit? If not then which sweet fruit can be eatable for diabetic person.

Loose motions after taking medicine
My mother is diabetic and bp patient and taking medicines- metformin 1000mg(2times), glympride(2times), pioglitazone(2 times), telmisarton(1 time). Problem is, she is having 2-3 loose motions in the morning and as a result feels weakness in body. Are these loose motions are the sideeffects of medicines? What we can do to stop them?

My husband preprandial 123 and postprandial sugar level is 189. I am worried as we are trying for baby now. Can recently diagnosed diabetics (hba1c 6.9) and FBS 106 eat beetroot, carrot, pomegranate and apples ?
Some people are saying that diabetics should avoid beetroots as it shoots up sugar levels.
