I am suffering from hypothyroid and having 100mg thyronorm tab from last 1 year..but from last 15days having severe hair loss and dry & itchy scalp. Reason of hair fall?? Please suggest what to do???

Yesterday i got my TSH report and my orthopaedic doc told me that I have thyroid and suggested me refer endocrinologist for this.

For about past 15 years my dad is under medication for diabetes he is taking above mentioned tablets his random sugar level will be around 200 to 240. Can he take covid vaccine? And please suggest which one to go covaxin or covishield or sputnik v?

Diagnosed with Sugar levels are 500 during covid after food  .. not diabetic before covid.. levels are high during covid only..is it because of using steroids or affected with diabetes permanently. My father was on steroids for a long time(21days) as prescribed by the doctor for covid pneumonia. I have been monitoring his glucose levels regularly. It's been 2days since he stopped taking steroids(tapering slowly) ,his sugar levels in fasting was 130 and post 2hrs after meal was 311. He was diabetic already he is consuming his regular medicines. But still post meals his glucose levels seems elevated. He is consuming Azulix 3MF forte and Remo 100.

Mother's HBA1C is 7.6 (her sugars were more earlier and she recovered from covid 45 days ago at home. She consumed steroids 6 days, 12mg deflazacort). Attached her blood reports, her wbc are 3700. Really worried about risk of mucormycosis. Although 45 days passed her recovery, is there a risk to catch it now?
