Help in reversing type 2 diabetes
Detected at 13.5 hba1c level in sept, 2020 reduced to 7.5 level in January, 2021 with help of diet and medication. But I need to reverse it so that I am on limited medication for diabetes.
Family history of diabetes and obesity. Any suggestions on how should I got for reversal of type 2 diabetes. Also, I am suffering from high bp proble. Any suggestions for that as well?
