Trying to Reverse my Type 2 Diabetes
Diagnosed 3 years back than followed by Gestational diabetes in 18 weeks of pregnancy so was on insulin.
From last two weeks only I am eating in moderation. My fasting is on average 90-105 and PP average 116-124.
If will go by this will I will be able to reverse it completely for rest of my life?
HbA1C on April 2021 was 6.2 will get it done by August expecting a range below 5.7

HbA1c of 6.2 is prediabetes. This can be reversed with lifestyle changes including diet modification
