Your symptoms are serious and need urgent attention. Here's what you should do immediately:
1. Check Your Blood Sugar Right Now
If you have a glucometer at home, check your Random Blood Sugar (RBS) immediately.
If it’s still very high (above 300-350), you may need emergency intervention.
2. Seek Medical Help
Contact your doctor immediately or visit a nearby clinic/emergency room, especially since you're experiencing:
Feet numbness
Eye problems
General uneasiness These could indicate diabetic neuropathy, very high blood sugar, or even diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) in some cases.
3. Hydrate Well
Drink plenty of water (unless you have kidney issues), as high sugar can cause dehydration.
Avoid any sugary or heavy food completely.
4. Do Not Eat Mutton or Fatty/Heavy Meals
Especially if you’re not stable yet, stick to a bland, diabetic-friendly diet until your blood sugar stabilizes.
5. Take Medications as Prescribed
Ensure you are taking your diabetes medications exactly as prescribed.

Hi,
Even if you eat a very high calorie rich meal, your sugars should not shoot up past 200 unless you are a diabetic.
I would suggest you continue the medicines given. Along with this, we need to fully evaluate you. Look at your blood pressure, ECG and sugars for starters

All symptoms are related to hyperglycemia, high blood sugar ..
Feet numbness may be diabetic neuropathy
Check blood sugar also ,you started new medication ,hyperglycemia as well as hypoglycemia both need to rule out .
You can make video consultation to discuss thoroughly.
Fundus (eye) Test is also required.
