I got my sugar level tested.
My sugar level is 144 fasting and 238 PP. I am not on any medicine for diabetes. Should i start medicine .If yes,which medicine is safest and its recommended dose please.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Take only direct sugar restricted diet. Have 4kms. Morning walk daily. Medicine will not be required if you comply with advice. At the most ,add 1/2 hour exercise dailyat your residence.
