Do you really think diabetes can be reversed just with one reply here or one simple message? It is not that easy. To reduce medicines for sugar, BP, cholesterol, blood thinning, etc., a person has to work hard every day with proper diet, exercise, weight control, regular sugar checking, medicines and repeated doctor follow-ups. Some people can reduce medicines or even control diabetes very well, but only if they are fully committed and motivated for a long time.

Hello, Please don’t feel discouraged. In my 35 years of treating diabetes, I have seen many young people improve their sugars, reduce medicines, and regain confidence through steady lifestyle correction and the right guidance. Start with simple changes: • Cut down sugar, sweets, bakery items, and soft drinks • Eat more protein and home-cooked food • Walk 10–15 minutes after meals • Improve sleep and stay physically active There is no miracle drink that reverses diabetes overnight. Real improvement happens when metabolism and weight improve gradually and consistently. And one important thing—your medicines are not your enemy. Right now, they are protecting your heart, kidneys, and blood vessels while your body heals. Take one step at a time. Your age is still in your favour. Warm regards, Dr. Suresh Purohit

There is no one universal answer to lifestyle disease. Considering your age and duration of disease, there can be other modifiable factors such as lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep, stress, bad habits etc. you definitely need to consult physically to a lifestyle disease specialist. Online consultation won't work.
