Sugar fluctuation

My mother used to have 150/190 fbs/ppbs sugar, she was not having full prescribed dose. After exercises, and regular prescrbed metformin doses here sugars are 100/135 sometimes, or 125/155 sometimes. Is this called sugar fluctuation or normal? Worried due to rising mucormycosis as she recovered from covid 45 days ago

Covid vaccination

The person is on blood thinners, has diabetes, history of fits and other multiple health issues. I want to know if taking a vaccine now is safe for her. If so, which one - Covaxin or Covishield? I've read somewhere that a person on blood thinners must avoid taking Covaxin. Also, after taking a vaccine, can she carry on with medicines as usual immediately? Attaching details of medicines/tablets she takes.
