Currently i am taking thyroxine 100mg and yesterday i tested my tsh which  is 137. What should i do?

My tsh was 0.072 in april and i was taking 12.5 mcg thyroxin tablet but now my tsh is10.7 what should be my appropriate dose ??? Currently i am taking 50mcg

Father age is 71 he is having high bp and high sugar.. Also creatinine Level is 1.42 along with high cholesterol. One practo doctor has suggested me tab urimax 0.2 two times for his prostate problem and nefrozon Tablet For Creatinine for 5 days Now my question is should I stop it or I should continue both
