My sugar level increased after Covid Took steroids for 4-5 days. Now sugar fasting is 130 and PP 230 without tablet. With 1 Metformin 500 at breakfast, fasting is 114 PP is 162. With 0.5 Metformin 500 at breakfast, fasting is 124 PP is 179. Which medicine should I continue and Is this diabetes permanent ? I never had diabetes before covid. Plz suggest.

Hello sir / ma'am My mother 61 /F was diagnosed with Hb A1c 6% today. Report is attached for your reference. At present she is only taking High BP medicines Telma 40. Please suggest if she needs to start medicines for Diabetes sugar control

I am type 2 diabetic patient from last 20 years . Five years before I was insulin and now on tablets . I stared Dapagliflizon fives years ago as suggested by my doctor and   my weight reduce from 71 kg to 58 kg now . My doctor told me Dapagliflizon may cause weight reduction but mostly 4 to 5 kg . My HbA1C always between 7.5 to 8.5 . I am just worried about if I reduce more weight I will become more weak . I still following diet and don't want to  eat fatty food to increase my weight. Can you please suggest me how to increase some weight without affecting my diet plan .

Last month I hv fasting sugar 145 N PP 195 Yesterday it was 95 and 145 .actually I hv not sugar before but 2 months ago I hv problem of facial paralysis that time it was 295 .now I am recover facial paralysis also.Should I hv diabetis? Doctor give me sugar tablets for next 1 month also . I hv to take precautions for Diabetes?

My mother had covid positive reported on 13th may. Took below steroids: 16mg medrol : 3 days 8mg medrol: 2 days 4mg medrol: 2 days Blood sugar level toughed 340 maximum during steroid course. Steroids course got completed 36 hours before. Now, My blood sugar level is coming value at 180 before meal. For medication, Taking metaformin 500mg bd before meal, tribet 2 before bed and Amway madhunashini during breakfast. Please suggest what medicines should be taken or how to make my blood sugar level normal now!! How long will it take to become normal.

What is the normal sugar level for normal human who is having no sugar? Kindly let me know And what is level if person is suffering from diabetes?

Hi, My mom has diabetes with hba1c around 10, crp around 17, total ige > 500, no illness all other parameters are in right level except for lipids, total cholesterol at 220, can she go for vaccination.

First time i was diagonised with sugar a month back since then i am using volix m twice a day.my sugar level was 400.right now i have 127 before meals and 210 after meals.should i continue volix m tablet twice a day? or reduce it to once.?
