Cholesterol level is 265...last year it used to be 300 or 400 around..should I consult doctor or healthy diet can control this.already on high bp medication and diagonesd with a lil sinusitis

Attempt healthy diet ( avoid fried food, egg yolk, cashew, butter, cheese, ghee and sweets and exercise 30’min daily for 3 months, recheck lipid profile, it is is worse or unchanged, then medication will be required)
