What is the difference between Urine Routine and Urine RE test? Actually is there any difference or not ?

Do  we  need  treatment  for tsh level of    5.159 ?                Should we repeat test annually?

Why my sugar levels are varying entire day that means in fasting sometimes is is showing 95 and sometimes it is showing 180 with same diet plan. What is the exact measurement. Afternoons it is showing 250 sometimes and sometimes it is 150 by using glucometer...

I have been diagnosed with typhoid on 3rd of may and from that day my platelets is gradually decreasing at first it was 1lakh 15k then 76k and after some medication it is at 95k and it has decreased to 93k after my todays report.My sugar is also gradually fluctautiong at high rate at first it was 140 before meal but after yesterdays test it 216 and now today it is 315
