Hi, I have hypothyroid and have been using 50 mcg for the past three years. I do regular tests with three months duration. Yesterday I was tested and the tsh is 8.5. Should I increase the medication to 100mcg?? Or continue the same

My mother is having pain in the right leg, it start from the joining point from hips till knee. This pain specially feels in night when she is sleeping or leg movement is very less I think it is because of some blood circulation in veins which gets low in the night.

I don't think I have diabetes- fairly healthy diet and exercise 5 times a week. Weight 61kgs. People say you can develop diabetes after covid. Are there any signs to look out for? Got a panic attack on 11 May got admitted in max partpatganj...they diagonesed anxiety disorder ...and gave me alprazolam...I don't want to depend on this medicine so I stopped it...though iam fine but after taking meals I feel uncomfortable in my legs and iam not getting proper sleep...iam diabetic for 6 years and when I check my sugar is always 140 or 150 after meals ...should I take pregabalin for this or should I take alprazolam or clonazepam iam confused whether it is anxiety or it is due to diabetes if due to diabetes neuropathy pregabalin May help me because now my only worry is that after meals I feel uncomfortable in legs Please help me out for diabetes I take metformin 1mg in morning and zanumet 500 in the evening

Hello I am a 36 years old male use to feel intermittent lethargy for last 2 -3 years that subsides within 3-5 days. During that period I also feel mild sole sweating and sometimes tongue dry feeling . I did CBC, TSH,renal function test,ECG,ECHO,LFT all are normal but my HBA1c level is 6 done two months back. So what is the cause of that intermittent weakness with sole sweating? Is it normal or any measure I should take?
