Hi Doctor, In January my TSH was in range of 3.81 and have been taking 50mg l. Earlier, I was taking 75mg Thyroxine. I got my TSH tests done and it's 6.99 now. T4 total is 6.96 and T3 total 1.22. Please suggest if I need to increase the dose of Thyroid tablet.

Diabatic patient undergone surgery APR was done under general anaesthesia. Post surgery patient was kept on insulin with 04 units of dose trice a day & insulin degludec 16 units after dinner. During Midnight times the suger levels are coming as low as 40 and next day morning shooting upto 300. Please suggest to maintain constant optimum suger level.
