Hello yeaterday i did a random plasma glucose test and result came out 164. ref level Was given 70-140.
so i am bit confused.M i diebetic or what!! let me clear the test was done within half and hour of eating paratha sabji and banana

Don’t worry, your test do not reveal any diagnostic value.
For diagnosis of diabetes go for OGTT in standard lab.

Just by doing random blood glucose test cannot say if u are diabetic or not. U need to do FBS PPBS HBA1c test in a lab for confirmation.

You should check fasting sugar and HbA1C to be sure. Random sugar between 140 to 200 is considered as prediabetes
