Can COVID vaccine be taken ?
Hello Dr. ! My Mom is diabetic since 2001. Her current medicine include below: Novarapid - 3 times a day - 3 unit Lantus - 1 time a day - 10 unit Thyroxine Sodium Tablet 25 - 2 tab. a day Tenebite 20 mg - 1 tab a day Tab. Olmezest CH 20 mg - 1 tab a day Below are few medicines due to which she got allergies ( black/red patches on back with itching ) Sulpha drug Ciplox Tz Tab. Glycinorm M OD 60 Tinidazole Metronidazole Painkillers in higher doses Wanted to get her vaccinated for COVID. Is it safe given the above? Thanks, Sameer

She can take covid vaccination. Observe for any untoward reactions after vaccination for 1/2hr at medical centre vaccinated. Follow instructions.
