Diabetic after Covid
Hello. After covid in 2021 my sugar levels are high. Below are the readings by glucometer : Fasting sugar : 110-120 range PP sugar : 140-150 range HBA1C : 6.5 I am not taking any medicine yet, Do I need to start medicines. What should I do, I am not taking any precautions in diet aswell.

These don't same to be diabetic ranges but you could say it's pre diabetic range. Keep a regular check on your Sugars from time to time several times a week and do the HB MNC after every 2 to 3 months. Healthy lifestyle should be practiced which does not only include diet and exercise but enough rest like getting good amount of sleep, sleeping early and eating dinner at least 2 hours before sleep. Everyone has some or other type of stress, but try to Limit your stress and this will help you in reducing your sugars also.
