No symptoms but high blood sugar levels
I got a master checkup done yesterday. I am 32yrs old and have no allergies or medical history. Last year when I got the checkup, everything was normal. Yesterday's results have shows Triglycerides level of 609 and Fasting sugar of 277 and Random blood sugar of 326. Urine tests have shown 1.0% sugar before food and 1.5% after food.

It is possible to have high sugar levels without any symptoms. I suggest you get a test called as Hba1c for final confirmation. Your levels warrant a change in diet as well as medicines.
