Hello Sir/Mam Last month i went to lab to check my blood sugar because of excessive hunger. Results: Fasting blood sugar 96 2hrs post lunch 112 Hba1c 5.5 Mean plasma glucose 120. Is it diabetes or Sign of pre diabetes? Age 24, Height 5.3, Weight 53.8. I don't have any bad habits?Any other health issue? Why i had excessive hunger?

Hi my height is 154 and weight is 62. I have pre diabetes when the weight is more my diabetes is less and weight is less diabetes level is more. How to control the weight and diabetes level. Sometimes I try fasting and I do cycling as well

Age 24yrs,My height 5.3 feet, my weight 53.84 kg. My concern is my mom a diabetic since 6.5 yrs. I don't have any bad habits, i restrict my food habits also. But " When i wakeup in the morning, i feel excessive hunger" after i eat it's all goes to normal. Sometimes i thought it would be barrier of my studies. I'm nervous, i want to live healthy life, is there any precautions to take .
