Before breakfast 110 for normal person and immediate meal after 157 value is considered as diabetic or predictable in future??

Hello Dr Is it ok to eat pista (pistachios) to reduce sugar in blood as I have heard about it. Kindly advice whether it is good to have pista during diabetes and bring under control.

For above I want to test serium creatinine, serium electrolyte, fasting sugar, post meal sugar and any other suggested by Doctor

Hello doctor. My age is 65 years old male diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1 & Aten 50 tablet s . I don't take any outside food, no addictions , no painkillers,  diagnosed with  antral gastritis second time in 2 years. I came to know that metformin is gastric irritant . So please prescribe some other tablet for diabeties. Please answer. My diabetic level is 228 after food.

Any other medicines or precautions?Now I have problem of fluctuations in sugar count.. Sometimes low and high.
