I checked my blood sugar levels in lab, yesterday. Fasting blood sugar 78, PP118,Hba1c 5.5. I have heavy hunger even when did small work, if i sit quietly instead of not doing anywork i feel normal. My BMI 20.8, 5.3 feet height, 54 weight. I'm taking B complex tablet. Can i build muscle or suggest diet to back normal.

My fbs is 110 nd ppbs is 160 at homebased glucometer am i diabetic? Or homebase glucometer reading are accurate.. used dr morepen machine

I m taking ryzodeg 24 unit morning and evening and my sugar is in controlled but due to financial condition not able to afford it now , please suggest any cheap alternative .also any combination with lantus is ok Thank you

3 months ago I am doing exercises and eating not much, then i have hypoglycemia and treated by local hospital, now all reports ok but heavy head and less pain sometimes, irritating in eyes, not feeling well , i have done CBC and thyroid t3 t4 all are normal, and insulin fasting it's also normal, what to do plz tell me, i have to work but I can't, plz tell me what to do???
