I need good medicine to control diabetes. Currently I'm taking Ploglip 20 mg and EuzideM2. Please suggest

My mother is facing diabetic foot problem since last 6-7 months. We have consulted many doctors (including Neurologists, For diabetes, and orthopaedics) in Dehradun but the problem persists. She has inflammation around the thumb of her right toe and this is majorly due to sugar levels. Need help on which specialist shall I take her to?

My mother Tested Type 2 diabetic and hba1c is 11.9 Doctor suggested to take 24 Units of insulin per day and Metformin medicine( Vildamet 50/500mg and Glycomet 850mg) After 3 days use she started getting vomitings continuously motions too. Does high dosage of medication cause vomitings and Motions?

Hello Doctor, Hope everyone is doing well! I am writing this here on behalf of my mother health as she feels weekness and joint pain. She is a diabetic patient but not having any medicine for now, she takes some Ayurvedic medicines once the Sugar level increased or home remedies like Neem leaf 🌿 etc. She is pure vegetarian so may not be getting complete protine/nutrition as per daily needs from the food. So please suggest if she can have any supplement on daily basis to maintain her health, sugar levels and get relief from joint pain as well! Thanks 😊
