Gestational Diabetes too high somedays
Hi All,
Today the entire day my sugar level was showing too high after 1 hour of meal. yesterday night after 1 hr of meal it was 103. Morning fasting- 90. 1 hr After breakfast ( 2 brown bread butter) - 198. In this combination previously (134).
1 hr after Lunch(2 roti+ rajma) -147.
1 hr after dinner ( 2 roti + rajma) - 159. With this combination and quantity my sugar level never went above 135. I am not understanding the reason for elevation.
Any suggestions on this and why it's elevated today compared to other days when I had same meal and in same quantity
