58 years old male found fasting sugar level 97 and hb1ac as 6.1 during nml health checkup. Any further test required.

Haemoglobin is low 9.8 .What could be the reason.Rest everything is normal.Please suggest which test should we get done?

I had random body checkup in September 2021 and got my HbA1c 9.4% and glucose fasting as 195 and then visited doctor and prescribed few medicines and after 1 month I stopped because that was causing extra issues like laziness and body pain . I started brisk walk daily and following first as prescribed by doctor. Today I my HbA1c is 7.8 , glucose fasting is 139 and mean plasma glucose 177. Please suggest good doctor whom should I consult and reverse it or at least make it in range .

Before breakfast 110 for normal person and immediate meal after 157 value is considered as diabetic or predictable in future??
