Cold leg sensation and discomfort
I am a diabetic type 2. Recently done my blood test. Fast sugar 82, HBA1C 5.9% . Cholesterol 80 and Vitamin B12 267. However, Vitamin D3 is 13.6 which says insufficient. I don't for many months I have been feeling cold sensation on my right legs and feel discomfort on wearing tight trousers. But feel better when I wear shorts and in sunlight. Please advise how to increase vitamin D3.
