Hi I have been diagnosed as type 2 Diabetes 8 months ago. Currently I am under Jalra trio tab medication. I was on a trip for a week and on the way I had rice foods. Currently I am having tight foreskin issue because of the diabetic. Please advise should I take tablets twice a day now to reduce sugar in blood because I am taking only in the morning prior breakfast
