Fating and PPBS values

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Today when I checked sugar levels Got 97 in fasting and 153 in ppbs. Is this a problem please advice.

Is it by lab or glucometer? If by glucometer get tests done by lab(FBS,pp) Also get Hba1c done to rule out prediabetes if any.. Diet and exercise is the key to control sugars and lead a disease free life
