Preejaculation due to diabetes suffering from last 5 months, can i have any solution pls guide or suggest

My HBA1c is 6.1 and my fasting blood sugar is 90. Is this still considered prediabetes?? I have a family history of diabetes.

I have been taking treatment for grave hyperthyroid and atrial fibrillation for 19 months. But thyroid levels are not getting normal and i need to get thyroid profile test every 2 weeks. Kindly answer below questions Question 1: Is free thyroid profile test better than total thyroid profile test in my condition? Question 2: is there any chances for recovery? I started with 45 mg/day of neomarcazole, now on 20 mg/day. It came down to 5 mg/day in October last year. Thyroid levels fluctuates and i neec to get thyroid test every 2 weeks. Question 3: Can diet and yoga help in curing it Question 4: Can i take homeopathic or ayurvedic treatment along with allopathic? Will it interfere with treatment. Please answer all 4 question.

Dear sir I am 37 years old. I have been checking my sugar level since one year. In December 2021 my Hb1ac  was 6.6 and FBS 107 and PBS  was 124 In February 2022 RBS was 93 on a particular day April 2022 Hba1c was  6.7 and 106 fast blood sugar 15 days back hba1c is 6.2 and fast 101. .. But yesterday my head was some dizzying and some irritation at forehead. Went to see doctor ,he has tested Sugar at finger blood. It was 174 just after food one hour. Evening I checked with other shop same finger blood after one hour , it was 349 shown and got scared checked after 15 minutes it was 204. Why my sugar level shown that much variation within 10 to 15 minutes. I am very fearing kindly guide me... whether finger tip blood sugar values correct or not

Respected Doctor's My Dad Age 59 having burning sensation while urinating took urine sample test his first report taken before a week showed sugar Nil but after one week the latest report showing sugar 3 plus, his blood glucose,hbA1c and kidney functions and scan results are within normal range, so what we have to do next,what might be the possible cause for this sudden sugar levels in the urine ,I have attached both lab results, Thank you!! I tested sugar levels at home today morning and it came 114 before food.I had puffed rice before sleeping and today morning i had 3 munacca and 5 almond before taking test.Can this be the reason levels are more than normal.114 is considered high?

Hello. After covid in 2021 my sugar levels are high. Below are the readings by glucometer : Fasting sugar : 110-120 range PP sugar : 140-150 range HBA1C : 6.5 I am not taking any medicine yet, Do I need to start medicines. What should I do, I am not taking any precautions in diet aswell.

I'm suffering from diabetes type . As I'm taking dose metformin 500 + vildagliptin 50mg after breakfast. I have noticed the half life of vildagliptin is 2-3 hours where as half life of sitagliptin is 10 hours . Vildagliptin not able control sugar after 4 or 5 hours . Should I try sitagliptin . Please help me Thanks.

I have taken telma 40 and metolar xr 50 both are prescribed by doctor but metolar has some side effect which is better for BP

My age 24, weight 55, height 5.3ft. everyday i gonna to take 10,000 thousand step walking. When i am taking walk i felt hungry. Is this sign of diabetes. My mom is diabetic, from 7 years. My concern is there chance to get diabetes to me.
